Sangria recipe:
1 bottle of red wine (it doesn’t matter the quality…)
½ bottle of sprite or 7up or Schweppes tonic
1 or 2 glasses of rum (I recommend “Disaronno”)
Apple, orange, peach, pear…(fruits in season) what you want and as often as you like!
Let us start by chopping up the fruit.
Combine wine, soda (sprite, 7up…), rum in a large bowl or pitcher.
Put the fruit in the pitcher.
Mix all of the ingredients together, and then put it in the refrigerator to chill.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 1-2 hour.
The longer the fruit marinates the better.
Serve over ice.
